Blend door replacement

Is it possible to change the blend door without changing the whole housing? Actuator has already been change.

Are you talking about splitting the HVAC case apart and changing the plastic door? Hope this helps.

The actuator was replace on the driver side and the same problem persisted as having no heat on driver side and heat on passenger side and the air conditioning work on both side. After dropping a camera through the vent we see that door does not open on driver side and open on passenger side. So my question was it possible to change the door without changing the housing?

There are 2 , A left side and right side. Did you change both or just one? I have attached a picture of both. Hope this helps. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
