When the heat is on I get hot air on the driver's side and cold air on the passenger side

The same with the A/C. Do I have to remove the dash to repair it? And if so, where are the screws to remove the dash?

Good morning,
Do you have dual controls for controlling heat and cold?
I attached the procedure and a picture for the blend door actuator but there is only one listed.
If this is the case, good chance the heater core could be clogged with debris in part of the core itself.
