Bleeding ABS module and brakes

If I bleed the ABS module with a scan tool do I need to bleed my lines at the calipers also?

I recommend bleeding each wheel to confirm air hasn't gotten into the system. Just make sure to start with the right rear and work left front, left rear, right front. I have attached a picture which indicates the process.
