Bleeder screw installation

I accidently removed the bleeder screw all the way and now I can't seem to get it back on.

Which bleeder screw? One for the coolant, one for the front or rear brakes? Normally they have good threads and should screw in easily. Or did it snap off in the hole? Think you could take a picture of it and post it here? That might help if there is something wrong with the threads or parts.
