Black smoke stalling out

Switched fuel injectors in vehicle now my car is stalling out when stopped black smoke while

Black smoke is usually a sign of running rich. Are the injectors you used the same flow rate and type as the originals? There are a lot of high flow injectors sold for the 5.0 but unless the rest of the system is altered to match they can cause problems.

Why were the injectors changed?
