Black smoke

Black smoke bellows out my exhaust and the car jerks from 40 mph upwards, the glow plug warning light comes on regularly too but wen it does the black smoke stops completely

You need to get an injector leak back test done and get the fuel pressure actual and desired readings looked at, this test will have to be done by a dealer with a factory scanner.
