When I turn my car on. The screen is completely black. I can’t turn on the radio, heat, A/C, nothing. It is still blowing out hot air. I can’t shut it off.
It's for the vehicle listed above SL model, 3.5L, six cylinder. you have responded before to this exact question with "It sounds like you have a problem with the CAN (computer area network) which needs to be scanned. It also can be one of four fuses can be out (15, 65, 30 and 29) in the interior fuse panel" but my question is, where is fuse 15, 65, 30, and 29 located at?

This could be a CAN bus issue, but we should have some codes that go along with that so let's start with checking for codes.

If there are no codes, then I suspect we have a cluster issue, but we need to start with the fuses listed in this wiring diagram. There are a could fuses related to this but not all the ones you listed for your specific vehicle.

I attached the fuse info below for the junction block and then the last one is listed as the fusible link box.

Let's check all this info but if we find the cluster is getting 12 volts and no other codes pointing to a communication network issue, I suspect we have a cluster issue.
