big loud noise like vroom?

My car been making noise with this weather, it make a loud noise that when the car is in drive and when I’m at the stop and it time to go my car make a big loud noise like vroom even when I put my A/C it make that noise I don’t know what it is but I been having this problem a long time.

With the engine off, open the hood, then try to turn the radiator fan, it should move freely, if not the fan clutch is locked up and it needs to be replaced to stop the noise and regain better mileage. Here is the part in question. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Yes please, but like I say, I would lift the hood, (engine off) and try to spin the fan, it should freewheel.
