Bent Axle?

Daughter turned too early pulling away from a gas pump and struck the rear tire head on which appears to have bent the rear axle. What I'm not sure of is if that is the only concern or if at that slow of a speed if the rear assembly is bent too? The axle is cost effective to swap but if the whole assembly is shot, I'm going to sell it as scrap sadly.

Yep, that is one bent axle, your only hope of fixing it is to replace the rear axle which you can find uses from a salvage yard. Here is how the job is done in the images below. Start by removing the shocks then the axle will swing down enough to remove the springs. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
