When driving at about 80 MPH, the back right tire bounces?

After I bought the truck, I got up around 80 miles an hour and back right tire was playing basketball. I replaced rear shocks and bouncing was 80% better. New tires had balanced and rotated same problem. Just put my new Michelin ice tires on different rims and same problem. My question is, should I use my Dial Indicator on the studs or where? Thanks

I would raise the back of the truck up while blocking the front tires so the truck does not move on level ground, then start the engine and put it in gear, you should be able to watch the tire and see if the axle is bent or not. This guide can help:
