I included the process for each belt. The accessory drive belt has a tensioner and then the A/C belt has an adjusting screw.

Thank you. both belts replaced and now there's a high pitch squealing, squeaked before just not as bad. Replace pulleys?

Yes. This is most likely a pulley. Now that the belt is new and tighter then the old belt it is putting more pressure on the pulley and it is making more noise.

The way to find out which one this is so you don't have to replace them as guesses. You can get a mechanic stethoscope and it will pinpoint which bearing it is. They are about $5.00 from most online stores.
