The belt tensioner pulley broke and the engine overheated?

Hi, my serpentine belt tensioner pulley broke yesterday, my belt came off, the car overheated and started smelling like burning rubber. I'm trying to figure out if I need to replace the whole tensioner or just the pulley because I have no money at the moment, so I need a quick fix. Also, should the bearing be moving freely or should it be stationary?

Thanks for the images, they help. I would call the auto parts store to see if they offer the pulley separate. If so, you are made in the shade. If not, you will need to do the tensioner and serpentine belt. Here are the instructions on how to do the repairs. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
