Belt keeps breaking

Replaced belt and belt tension-er both were one month old and the belt broke again. This is a major problem with this type of vehicle as it tends to push past the crankshaft seal and into the timing chain. Please help before it gets really costly.

Hello,

Something must be locking up or very hard to turn. I would remove the belt and spin each accessory by hand to see if you can find the problem.
