My belt is making noise and I'm wondering how you know if it's the belt, the tensioner, or a pulley?

Hi,
In most cases, it isn't the pulley, but rather, either the belt is worn, or the tensioner has failed and the belt is loose, or the bearing in one of the pullies. One other thought, it could also be one of the belt driven accessories that is becoming difficult to turn.
I attached the directions below for how to check the tensioner. Take a look through them and let me know what you find.
