Beeping noise and the brake light keeps flashing

Also the hood open light keeps coming on as well. When the brake light or hood open light isn't flashing the beeping is still consistent the entire time I'm driving.

I would check the brake fluid level first. Please lift the hood and look at the brake master. this guide should help:
