I have had both my rear bearings change and now one of them have gone out again. Also my ABS light is on. Do they have a connection why both are out now. Why does the bearing go out so much?

I can tell you what is making the bearing wear out prematurely. That can be related to parts quality or installation errors. ABS sensor usually read off a reluctor on the hub so a bad bearing will cause the air gap at the sensor to change and set a code. You need to have the ABS codes read to find out if that is even the issue.
