The BCM is under the dash on the driver side, I would remove the lower knee bolster to see if that helps, here are the instructions on how to remove it, start by disconnecting the battery. Can I ask if you have a replacement BCM that has been per-programmed are you using a scanner to store the code and you plan to upload the code to the new BCM? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It looks impossible to get to removal of BCM from underneath. Can't figure out what releases the BCM from its bracket. If i can get info on removal lower dash panel from below steer column. i am actually trying to get to BCM to wire in a BCM bypass module from Arnott suspensions as i need this bad boy out to get good access to wiring from plugs on BCM. Any info is appreciated.
