BCM problems

how can i bypass the BCM for the A/C and wipers to work?

That would be a crazy bypass it is integrated to work through the BCM. Your better off having the BCM repaired there are places that can fix a BCM without having to get it programmed etc.

I do not know what you are being told but the BCM has nothing to do with either of those functions and they need to be diagnosed individually. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/98965251.gif The AC depends on whether you have ATC or manual.
