So I have the car listed above and where the BCM should be there is a EBCM for the brakes. And for the life of me I cannot find the BCM does the 1999 have one? Please help losing my mind with this.

The EBCM should be under the dash on the left side mounted on the inside of the A pillar about inline with the fuse block. It is behind the trim panel. That car doesn't have a BCM, instead it uses individual modules for the various systems. What issue are you trying to solve?

The pass lock I've tried everything and I mean everything to get by it and it just won't work. It says that it received a fuel shut off signal and it is also in relearn mode but it won't relearn.

Okay, I know it's annoying but we try to keep issues separate to make searching easier. So if you don't mind could you ask this as a pass lock question. Fill in any information you can think of and if you have a scan tool what it says. Thanks.
