I would start by checking the fuses with the key on this guide can help you.

Code U110C - “Lost Communication With Front Control Module (FCM)”

If all of the fuses are good, chances are are the FCM has gone out. You can get a rebuilt unit be searching google or ebay, the front control module and the IPM are the same thing. Make sure you don't have rodent wiring damage which is common in the winter time. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
