I have a Ford Motor Craft battery. I loosened the screw on the black negative terminal, but it won't come off...won't budge. I don't want to break it. I did put some WD-40 on it. It's been very cold (single digits) here in Wisconsin. I included a picture. What am I doing wrong?

Stick a flat-blade screwdriver in the slot, then twist it to spread the clamp open.
