Battery replacement

Need to replace battery on stock vehicle with no extras, just a vehicle driven by a 70 year old grandmother. something reliable and not very expensive (social security living). Thanks

The most reasonable batteries are from Wal-Mart. I used to not like them so much until I had a battery fail in the middle of the night and they were the only ones open. I've had that battery for 2 years now without any issues. I believe I paid $59.95 for it.
