I have to frequently jumpstart my battery after it sits either overnight or for more than several hours. When it starts, it works perfectly fine. Got the battery tested and it said it was a good battery. So I got the starter and alternator tested and those are fine as well. Not sure which is the problem now.

It sounds like the battery is bad, I would have it load tested. I would remove the battery and have it tested at an auto parts store. Here is a guide to help as well.

and this is for the battery draw.

You meantiined that the batery was allready tested right ?..what type of test ? They should have load tested it at that time thats usually how it goes ..anyway if it was load tested and was deemed good along with the starter and the alternator then yeah theres a parisitic drain
