Due to lock down, battery was 10 v.

Now, after charging with home inverter, the inverter shows charging full indicator and stops blinking or continuously blink.L which means full charge.

But, the magic eye on the car battery is still showing white color which is needs charging. Why? How to make it green color?

The car battery is perfect 12.8 volt after charging.

I am pretty sure you are talking about the inspection eye on the top of the battery itself. If this is the case then that is not to be used other then when the battery is first installed. Basically it can't be trusted because it usually gets stuck when the battery is drained a bit and then charged back by a charger or the alternator. It was just something the battery companies came up with to help the consumer when purchasing a batter off the shelf or first installing it. It is just there to give you confidence in buying a battery that it is charged and not drained when sitting on the shelf.

We need to test the battery with a load test. Here is a guide that explains this a little more:

Most parts stores will do this free of charge. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks
