battery light and brake light, seat wont go up

Battery and brake light stays on while driving. Had to boost it off once but I still get all my power with both lights are on. Went to autozone and they say my battery and alternator are good... went to O'Reilly and they say my battery is not charging... so im guessing its my alternator? And my driver seat wont let back up... any advice? Or tips?

Since you are getting conflicting opinions, we need to check the alt ourselves. Perform the following test and let me know what you find.
