Battery light changed my alternator?

I’ve changed my alternator countless times and put a new belt on there. a couple times the connector on the back of the alternator would be chipped and my pig tail wouldn’t fit snug on the alternator which would cause bad connection. Fixed it, now the light is on again. I had a battery test done, the battery was good, but my voltage regulator said it didn’t pass. Fast forward to now had a new alternator put in checked the battery it’s good and voltage regulator is now passing. (Strange) Just yesterday I tried leaving but my battery light is on again! Please can someone explain to me this phenomenon?

I would check the fuse #35 10-amp in the rear fuse panel, here is the alternator wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also, here are the instructions on how to replace the alternator correctly in case you need it. This guide can help:

No fuse is blown.

Okay, if the intelligent battery sensor has gone out it will light the battery charge light. To confirm the alternator is charging correct? Here is the location of the sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I’ve changed my alternator numerous of times a few of times because the piece of the connector was broke off the alternator. Had a battery test done before I replaced the alternator the battery was good, did a test to see if it was charging properly it wasn’t. It wasn’t charging up to 14v it was around 12v we changed the alternator battery light when off but still wasn’t charging properly so i dug deeper with the test my voltage regulator was fluky but my light still isn’t on. Fast forward to yesterday the battery light comes on today I decided to take my battery to get tested again, it is a good battery they said and it is just being charged right now but can anyone explain what is happening I don’t have a blown fuse or anything.
