So I recharged the battery, and everything is good except when turn the key one time battery light still on and will not start and run. Could it be the fuses for the battery that is causing that problem?

I would suggest pulling the battery out and taking it to the local auto parts shop to have it tested. They should do it for free. Start there.

Also, do the dashboard lights dim when you turn the key? Do you hear a distinct "click" sound coming from under the hood when you turn the key? Do you see or hear anything happening at all?

Let us know.

It sounds like the alternator is not charging the battery. Here is a guide to help you get the job done.
