Battery keeps draining?

I replace battery but truck keeps draining, and radio won't work.

Anytime there is a battery drain there will be heat associated with the problem. I would start (truck cold, battery fully charged) by checking the cigarette lighter, then lift the hood and check the alternator for heat or warmth. Next, check the BCM here is the location in the diagrams below. Also here is a guide that shows other common battery draw problems:

Also, a CAN scan will help test the system, which is easy to do. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
