Have you tried recharging the present battery? Does anything electrical work in the vehicle? Was water as high as the top of the engine?

Hi Jacobandnickolas. I was typing somewhere else and took too long to get back here. Didn't mean to butt in.

Yes, tried Friday. The lights came on and I was able to move the seats. Water did not get to the motor. I drove the car for several days. Did not know water was in that part of the trunk until I checked it for the battery when the car would not start.I got the water out of the trunk and dryed the battery and wires attached to the battery. Wires and battery still wet.
