I’ve run a parasitic draw test and found a drain in the stereo and A/C control dash of 1.4-amp and when I pulled the fuse out and reads 0.02amp.
Disconnected the stereo, CD changer, A/C control dash, with multiple connectors and still 1.4 nothing changed.
Any help please, what can be the cause?

Which fuse number is it that you pull to stop the draw?

This guide may help:

Please let me know so I can look up the wiring.

If I pulled it out and started the car, the A/C will automatically turn on and cannot be turned off because the A/C controller dash is off from the fuse. It might be a relay, but I don't know where to find the AC relay for this kind a car. This is a Nissan presage U31 year 2004, I disconnect a connector underneath the dash, and it read normal 0.02A but don't know where they control.

So, the problem was? If you turn off the blower motor by removing the fuse the problem would be the blower motor power resistor shorted out which causes the blower to run continuously, here is the location for you so you can change it out. Install the fuse to see if it is the front or rear blower speed control causing the issue. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

The issue was from this little computer device that was mounted in the boot left side inside the panel cover. I remove it and drive the car around and nothing has failed or played up to tell which system is control by it.
