Battery does not keep charge

Changed out the starter, now battery will not keep charge. Battery good, alternator good.

How did you test the battery and generator, and what where the results? What are the exact symptoms?

Took both down to be tested to AutoZone they just said they were good.

Testing a generator off the engine is not an effective way to do it. That doesn't include the rest of the charging system in the tests. You really couldn't have included less information with which to make a diagnosis, so lets start with figuring out if the charging system is not keeping the battery charged, or if the battery is being drained when the engine is off. Use an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure the battery's voltage, first with the engine off, then with it running. Post those numbers in your reply. They should be measured to at least one place after the decimal point, but two is better. The meter should be on the 20-volt range.
