Charge the battery up. Take one cable off and connect the cable to one lead on your multi-meter and the battery terminal to your other lead. Turn the multi-meter on to DC 20 (or whatever yours says). There should be some reading there as various things are pulling power (computer memory, radio memory, and anything with a short circuit). With that going, pull a fuse, and check to see if there is a significant drop in the reading. You will know a significant drop when you see it.
If the truck has any aftermarket additions (radio, amp, lighting, security system), then start with those fuses.
This process will point you to whatever area your problem is. So do that, and let us know and we will go from there.
