I installed a new battery 5 days ago and the car cranked. I haven't cranked the car in 5 days and now the electronics don't work at all.

Yep, I would check the battery cable connections to make sure they are clean and tight.

Here is a guide that can help:

I cleaned the terminals with a toothbrush and made sure that they were tight into the battery. The car had a little bit of power, but then would not crank.

It looks like my negative terminal is a little loose and maybe it won't go all the way inside. Would a picture help?
