Car battery tested 12.4 v, 578 cca/640 and 61% state of charge?

Car battery tested 12.4 v, 578 cca/640 and 61% state of charge with 90% state of health . Is this normal for a car driven only every few days ? Does this also mean the battery is ok? It just said “ good&recharge”
