I have replaced alternator battery and a few fuses.. when i jump start it will start; remove cables, shuts off. if battery has a charge it will run until battery drains.. fusible link seems fine, and i don't know what would make it not run the dang truck. I have run every wire i could find to look for damage. If you could shoot me some detailed instructions on how to test wires from alternator to PCM with a multimeter that would be great.
