I have replaced alternator battery and a few fuses. When I jump start it will start; remove cables, shuts off. If battery has a charge it will run until battery drains. Fusible link seems fine, and I don't know what would make it not run the dang truck. I have run every wire I could find to look for damage. If you could shoot me some detailed instructions on how to test wires from alternator to PCM with a multimeter that would be great.

Make sure the fuses are good. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
