Catalytic converter gets red

Catalytic converter gets red, smell fuel, runs very bad no acceleration, dies when shift it to drive. Replaced IAC, EGR, MAP, plugs wires, coil and air filter. Code in van are p01684, 1282, 508, 601.

if Catalytic converter is red then it may be a serious vacuum leak or fuel pressure problem it also can be a bad PCM. Have a local mechanic check this the 1684 just means codes have been cleared in last fifty ignition cycles, so these may have been there for quite some time.
