So, what happens is you have an injector that is not closing completely and dribble fuel into one cylinder on bank 2. I would remove each spark plug and look for the one that is washed clean. This will be the cylinder that needs the injector replaced on. Here is how to change the injector out in the images below. Check out the images (below).
