Bang upon acceleration

When the car is normally warmed up when I accelerate between 20 /30 mph it bangs slight jerk. And when I come to a stop it does it.

If it bangs on down shift most likely you have a bad valve body that is very common on those transmissions.

I was thinking it could be the mounts there are times where I literally feel it lift up.

Now we are getting some good information. It does sound like the mounts are bad. There are two main mounts on that car the one by the coolant bottle the upper engine mount and the one on the top of the transmission. They hold up the weight of the engine and transmission so they take a beating. As far as the too engine mount goes you can get a aftermarket mount without the big bracket. You can transfer over that big bracket from your old mount. That will save you a lot of money right there. I would check out those mounts.

The top engine mount you can transfer over the big bracket to the mount I was trying to say to save money.

Is possible if you can show me by picture of the mounts you described so I can buy them? Sorry just never serviced mounts before.

Those are the two top main ones. There is one under the car I would check also.

Thanks I also checked the engine and it tilts forward when I rev it and the mount next to the coolant moves too the mount under the car looks like a bone kinda.

There is also a mount inside the sub frame, but is difficult to change.
