Bad vibration/shaking

My car has a terrible vibration when throttle is mashed. Idles great but when you mash the gas in park or in gear it shakes so hard it feels like the dash is going to fall out

Can you tell if the engine is misfiring or does it sounds like the drive train is slipping? I need to know where the vibration is coming from? Can you take a video and upload it here?
