I just had my strut mount changed on my front passenger side because the dealer said my strut mount was bad it was making this chuckling like noise. Well I had that changed, and however the noise is not that noticeable now then it was before it still there.
My strut itself seems fine, ride good. My question is, is it possible to have a good strut make the same noise as the strut mount?

Good morning,

It makes no sense to change the mount without changing the strut. They are right there and should have changed the entire strut with a mount.

Even though it feels good, it can still be making the noise. There is a valve internally that fails. That will cause the noise.

I would replace the strut and make sure there is nothing else in the suspension that is causing the noise.

As Roy stated, check into that strut. Maybe they did replace it. If so, then I'd take it to an independent alignment and suspension place and let them look at it. Then (if its covered under warranty, take it to the dealer and let them know what the alignment people said.
