Bad noise when turning in parking lot

Car makes horrible noise when turning left and right in parking lot. not sure if it is the CV joints. sounds almost like a belt screeching. Power steering fluid full. feels stiff to turn.

Stiff steering means loss of power steering assist, and that will result from a slipping drive belt. Your engine uses a spring-loaded belt tensioner which could be weak, or the belt might just be badly worn.
