My car had run out of gas, and someone had a bucket in which it had some water in it. So, he put gas in it and put it in my gas tank. After that, my car has not run right since. Every time i stop, it cuts off. I put gas treatment in the gas tank, and it still cuts off whenever i stop. I put injector in it, and it still cuts off. I am trying to figure out what the problem is.

Hello,

Having water in the fuel tank will cause the engine not to run properly. If the water is excessive amount, adding fuel treatment won't fix it.
The best option would be to drain the fuel tank of all its contents. Then fill with good gas and run with fuel treatment to clean out water in the lines.

Here is a helpful video on how to get fuel out of the tank:

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
