After fueling my car started to jerk and has not stopped

I put gas in my car on Tuesday and as soon as I left the gas station the car jerked and has been doing so since that night.

It sounds like the engine is misfiring, have you done a tune up yet? This is where I would start, here is a guide to help with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car.
