Engine will turn but will not crank. I was thinking it might have jumped time or the timing chain might have broken. It does not make any bad noises when I try to crank it. Essentially the engine will turn forever. I have spark and gas. I figured it might be the CPS.

Good morning.

If you have spark and fuel, the rank sensor is working.

I would start by checking the compression. That will tell if you have a timing chain failure.
