I have changed crank, camshaft, TPS sensors, cleaned MAF and throttle body, plugs, wires, fuel filter, both upstream O2 sensors, visual inspection of wires and do not hear any vacuum leaks. Someone else changed fuel pump. The truck cranks but will not stay running. It is skipping like it is out of timing. The latest codes I have are as follows; c0292, c0265, p0300. Do I need a new computer? I am going broke and crazy. Please help!

It kind of sounds like you may have two problems, the first one it is check to see if the engine is in time lets do this by checking the compression of any two cylinders. If you do not have a gauge the auto parts store will rent you one for free.

Here is a guide to get you started:

The second is a communication failure which means the CAN is down which can be because one computer is not working because it is out or a fuse is blown, let start with the easier.

Test with the key on. Diagrams (below).

Please let us know what you find.
