I changed the sway bar link after video, thinking that was it but still present.

Bad ball joint, bad control arm or something else?

Thanks for the video, nice work. It looks like the lower control arm and ball joint is causing the problem. Also, I see the new strut on there. Can you have someone put their hand on it when the noise is occurring to make sure you don't have a defective unit? Careful not to hit your hand with the car. If it is okay here is how you can change out the lower arm and ball joint. The control arm will come with a new ball joint BTW. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
