Intermittent starting (cold and warm) with a brand new battery, starter and alternator. Battery voltage readings are 11.38 volts when turned off and 12.36 volts when on. Do not really know where to look next.

good morning.

The battery needs to be 12.6 volts when not running. at 11.3 volts, the battery is just about drained. the alternator will not work either as it needs at least 12 volts to work.

Can you charge your battery until it reaches 12.6 and then do some voltage tests?
