Transmission not shifting properly

First to second shifts fine, if you stay on gas (normally) 2 to 3 shift will occur after jump in RPMs. take or lighten foot and fairly normal shift from 2 to 3. everything else seems normal. OD works, no sense of slipping. Seems to have started after having timing chain and water pump changed. (Did not think related but wanted you to know.)

We need to start with checking for codes. I suspect we have a speed sensor code if this is not related to the timing chains.

However, if the timing is slightly off it will cause shifting issues. So if this all started after this repair then we are going to have to double check the timing and ensure it is not a tooth off.

I attached the info below on the timing marks that we need to check but let's start with codes and go from there.
