customer drove around with the e-brake on for 1 day. Now when she drives her car the back passenger wheel stutters, skips or jerks while driving. She has drum brakes in the rear, & the brake shoes won't release to let go of the drum. After getting it off & replacing the wheel cylinder, the problem has seemed to get worse. What could this problem or situation be? Please help me with this issue?

Obviously, the heat has created an issue back there. someone knowledgeable is going to have to inspect it closely to determine what the issue is. I would assume all the springs have been overheated and possibly the drum and shoes also. Make sure the parking brake cables are free and releasing completely.
