Back right brake is locked

So the car is not able to move. I have tried reversing and going forward and also tried releasing and putting on the brakes a few times nothing has worked.

Hello, I'm Danny.

This usually means the rubber brake line that connects to the caliper has deteriorated/malfunctioned internally and will need replacing. After replacement you will need to bleed all four brakes. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:
